Michael Matthew Wertheimer

President of STP:1965-1966


We are sad to report that Michael Matthew Wertheimer, Ph.D., passed away at the age of 95 on December 23, 2022. A skilled and influential teacher and scholar and a lifelong advocate for the teaching of psychology, Dr. Wertheimer served as President of APA Division 2 (STP) in 1965-1966. We mourn the passing of a teacher-scholar, historian, leader, and friend.
